The Essentials

7-Day Window: We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags intact.

Tampered Packages: Do not accept your delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with.

Unboxing Video: To process claims for missing or incorrect items, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and exclusivity, the following are not eligible for return:

Jewellery, socks, scarves, masks, boxers, and innerwear.

Items discounted at 50% or more, including Mega Sale purchases.

Any item purchased during a sale (Only exchanges are applicable).

Products priced at or below ₹899.
The Fine Print

Refunds (COD): In compliance with RBI guidelines, all COD refunds are issued via Gift Cards.

Fees: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

COD Surcharges: A non-refundable fee of ₹100 applies to COD orders below ₹3,000. A ₹300 fee applies to all footwear COD orders.

Self-Shipping: If your pin code is outside our pickup area, please self-ship via "Speed Post." We will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹300.

Post-Wash: Quality queries regarding washed items are only entertained within one month of delivery.

Security: Never share your OTP with the delivery partner until you have physically received your package.
Exchange Policy

Availability: Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

One-Time Offer: We allow one exchange per order.

No Extra Cost: There are no additional shipping charges for exchange orders.

Price Difference: If you exchange for a lower-priced item, the balance will be issued as a Gift Voucher.

International Orders: Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international shipments.
